Most tenancy agreements are written for between six and twelve months and the great majority are Assured Shorthold Tenancies. Our agreements are written to optimise the landlord's protection within the law and conform to the requirements of the relevant current legislation.
Approximately four months from the end date of the tenancy we initiate a tenancy review. We contact landlord and tenant to ascertain their wishes and also update the rental valuation figure. When both parties agree upon extension of the tenancy we expedite the required paperwork.
When a landlord requires the property back at the end of the tenancy we make arrangements to serve the necessary legal Notice upon the tenant and fix the checkout appointment. Where the tenant has decided to leave at the end of his term we advise the landlord, and according to his instructions either advertise the house for relet or make ready to return it to him when the tenant has departed.
