The procedure is simple:
Look on the website and find a property or properties that you like the look of. Download particulars and check the properties are what you seek.
Book an appointment online to view the properties
Meet our viewing specialist on site and look around the property
If you like what you see either return home and fill out an application on line or fill out a paper copy with our agent. (Note that we can only process your paperwork quickly if we have all the personal information required by the referencing firm. A copy of the application form and its requirements can be downloaded from the site).
Pay the referencing fees (£50 per applicant) This can be done online.
Your references will be processed and we will inform you of the outcome. If successful you make payment (online) of your holding deposit (£200.00 which is added to your dilapidations deposit, but is non refundable in the event you pull out of the tenancy). We will send you a draft tenancy agreement and information pack.
An appointment will be made to start tenancy.
You make payment of the first months rent and the deposit online and meet our agent on site to start the tenancy. You will sign the agreements, be given and inventory of the property contents to check, sign and agree, we will give you the keys and you are free to move in.

It is absolutely essential that you see a property before making an application for it. This is to ensure that you know exactly what you are applying for and that there are no misunderstandings later on. Most of the properties we offer are let unfurnished, that is to say they come only with carpets, curtains and a cooker. Having said that, some properties are let furnished to varying degrees, and the exact items left at the property will be ascertained before the commencement of tenancy. The responsibility to check and be sure of what is included or not included is yours.
Appointments
We make all of our bookings for viewings on line in the 'Property to Let' section. You will receive an email shortly after you have requested an appointment to confirm the date and time.
We will meet you at the property and show you around and providing you are happy with the property, you are free to put in an application.
