Emergency Call-outs
We provide a 24hour emergency system in the event that there is a serious problem that needs immediate attention. We have a separate phone line for emergency call outs only, and the details of this will be passed onto you when you move into the property. Do note that we will not visit out of hours for a non emergency unless you agree to pay the cost beforehand.
General Maintenance
In the event that the property you are in should require maintenance of any description, you should contact us as soon as possible giving us a full description of the problem. Bear in mind that most maintenance work must be cleared through the Landlord before being placed in hand. The maintenance of the fabric of the property is the Landlords responsibility, but any accidental breakages, damage or wear above normal fair wear and tear are the responsibility of the Tenant.
