We will prepare an inventory of the property prior to you taking up occupancy. This will detail the condition of the decoration and furniture in the house, any goods and fittings and the condition of the gardens. This will be used to check the property when you vacate.
You will receive the copy of the inventory and instructions on how to use it when you collect the keys along with a copy of the tenancy agreement. You should confirm the content of the inventory once you have moved in and sign the document. If there are any discrepancies you will have 14 days to return an amended copy. Failure to return the inventory will be deemed as your acceptance of the original content.
