If you already own and rent a property it is essential that you receive the best possible service from your letting/management agent. Sometimes Landlords feel 'at the mercy' of their agent and believe that they cannot change agents until the existing tenant has left. This is not so and would be expensive and inconvenient if it were. Although some agencies may have tied you in to a period of notice that must be given before you can leave we at Easylet believe that customer choice is paramount. If you are not happy with your agent arrange an assessment of your property (this can often be done without us visiting) and if you wish to change to our agency we can arrange for this to happen. It is obviously important to check the terms of your contract but the mechanics of taking over an existing tenanted or managed property will cause us no problems. |
