What happens after Buying to Let

The appointed Lettings Agent will introduce and vet prospective tenants. Assuming suitable tenants are found they will prepare the tenancy agreements, arrange an inventory of the property carry out periodic inspections of the property to ensure it is being kept in good order.

They will make all the necessary changes to utility accounts and Council Tax, collect the rent and ensure the balances are accounted through to the landlord.
